Ingredients:
- 1 can cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- About 3 tablespoons lemon juice, or to taste
- About 3 teaspoons garlic, or to taste
- Salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste
This also tastes great as a spread for a sandwich. Try spreading this hummus on 2 slices of toast and adding apple slices for a delicious unique sandwich!
